Yes, still settle in person with local. It's just a third party so the local doesn't have to deal with givinh lines, taking action, etc.

tons of those out there on the web, most will only take you if you have a good referral or you put a down payment down. Meaning if you want 500 in credit, you deposit 500, so they have it if you lose it all. But after that you are good to go.
