Pete Caroll has a brilliant strategy he says don't let them catch the ball even if u get a penalty...that kind of physicality that the secondary brings to the table really takes a toll on opposing offenses

Seahawks give a 15 yard penalty one play and dial up a blitz on the very next play to put the QB on his ass
