Why Cant I Post An Image??

Under "manage attachments" it says I have used all of the 976.6 KB that was available. How do I delete these old attachments? It is storing all of my attachments going back years. I need to delete them before it will let me attach more, but I see no way to delete them???

What am I missing?

Use tinypic.com upload your file.

Then click the icon and paste the code in SBR thread.
