Watched that game. Seems to me there was some suspicion of match-fixing. It's common in Vietnam because the punishment is light. Only 1-2 men(bookies) will be jailed, the majority(players involved) will just get fines or suspended sentences.

Malaysia certainly didn't do anything special. The Vietnamese defence created all the chances for them.
