Close to 3 days and was working the majority of that. Weirdest feeling of my life, was walking home from work at the end of it and a mate dragged me to the pub - I had about 3 sips of my drink and had to bail as was seeing and hearing all sorts of weird stuff.
Only way I can really explain the hallucinations is it was like dreams and reality were merging as one and my brain couldnt quite process which was which. How I never got hit by a bus or something on the walk home is still a mystery to me, got home fell into bed and was out cold for about 20 hours.

Spent 3 days rocking in a chair for a radio last longer contest which I won. This also included very little food. The hallucinations laying in the back seat on the way home were extremely intense.

Over 3 days in college. Adderall is overpowered.
That comment about hallucinations is true. When I was walking back to my apartment to crash peoples faces would morph as I passed them by. It was surreal, don't think I would ever do it again.

The summer after my Freshman year of college I participated in a sleep study where they kept me awake for IIRC 85 hours. No hallucinations, but I was lying down and every once in a while my leg would involuntarily kick. I had no other strange symptoms aside from feeling extraordinarily tired.

Similarly ^^... standing post, working...
...many unique experiences in service that I'd never want to do again... BUT ... glad I have them in my experience bank (as it gives perspective to everyday bullshit being fairly innocuous -- especially a SBR poker riv card that fukks ya.)

Ive done 24-36 hours many times. I was doing this often as a sort of mind experiment. It get pretty strange when you pass 24 hours.

Without I'd assume.
You can accidentally stay up for 2 days with some help from your friends.

Had a few of those when I was young....
poker games that started one day...played through night...out to breakfast ( winner pays )
Back to poker....
repeat
Stakes were 25 min / 5 max
( circa 1977-1980 )
Good lively game...many times had two to three tables going after bars closed
Oh to be young and indestructible again

Year was 2007.
Thursday Day 1: woke up at noon went to work at 2pm. Got off work at 10pm. Went straight from work with friends to St. Louis (3 hour drive) to casino. All night
Friday day 2: came home straight to shower then into work until 10pm. Got off work, friends came over to swim (small pool party). Everyone leaves but the broad I was banging, she left at 7am.
Saturday day 3: played online poker from 730am-130pm. Went to work until 10pm. Got home and went downtown and got wasted
Sunday day 4: get home at 4am from downtown bars. Play poker for 4am-10am.
After that I crashed. I had sun/Monday off work. I slept 18 hours straight.
