We've been brining our turkey for the past several years. Excellent!!

I've cooked them every possible way you can cook one, and for us this is by far our favorite. I got a little burnt out on deep frying as well as turducken, but the brining has become the go-to move for Thanksgiving!

We went with a simple sugar/salt/rosemary/thyme/sage/salt/pepper mixture to start but heard of people using bourbon etc so we'll see

Ours is very similar. Throw some cut up celery and quartered onions inside.
