+180 looks good too, I'm a big time Cats fan and am saying that.

SDSU is rolling along and we aren't. 4.5 looks almost trappy it looks so good.

The over looks juicy as well but the SDSU lines looks better to me.

I like taking points in low scoring games, as it presumes a lack of possessions.

Most everything that I look at, handicapping wise, has this pointing to taking the points. The one thing that makes me want to take Arizona is a gut feeling Arizona rolls here. It's gut, because there is no evidence to say Arizona should roll. I am basing it completely off the close game vs. KSU last night coupled with a lopsided SDSU game. Arizona is setup perfectly to finally look like a top 5 team for the first time this season.

So, capping or gut.

(NOTE: I am a die-hard cat fan)

I would lean Zona here, although I totally understand your reasoning in taking the dog in a low scoring game. Soft rims in Maui could play a factor though.

SDSU let Arizona slip past them in march and knock them out of the tournament. SDSU has been waiting for this matchup. I think they will be ready for Arizona and a bit more hyped for this game than Arizona will.

SD did lose Xavier Thames, but that freshman that's replaced him isn't bad at all. I think he had like 15 points against PITT. Arizona has had SD's number as they've won three out of the last four games SDSU's only win was three years ago when they snapped Arizona's 22 game win streak.

I think SD has a shot here and I think they'll be ready but if Arizona is up and ready for this game and plays to their talent level, look out! That is quite a big if though. They have already been fairly shaky in the last couple games. SDSU is really athletic and I think that will give the cats trouble.

With that being said, I think I will take my chances with SDSU +5 as I think it will be close either way. That +180 looks mighty nice too!

Gotta say I strongly disagree. If Arizona floats below -5 again I will pound.

SDSU can't score. They shot 25% agains CSU Bakersfield. They scored 17 in 1H vs Utah after missing shot after shot after shot. Yes, the last two games they've managed to score points against teams with almost no defense at all. Tonight will also be the Aztec's 4th game in 6 nights, which includes a 2OT game 2 nights ago. Fatigue will set in against a physically strong, defensive Arizona team.

I'm not a Zona lover, but York is heating up from 3, and Tarzan can always score down low (no1 on SDSU can match up). Arizona has more talent and will win here. I'm thinking ML but will wait to see if potentially line dips down to 3.

my worry for sdst is same reason i bet purdue against byu. i think that today the day the double ot game sdst/byu played 1st day of tourney comes into play a little bit and you see some tired legs on jumpers..

Double victory for you Chalky. Your (our) Cats get the win while you still get the cover. I unfortunately was on Cats -5. Lots of ways to cover toward the end but the bounces didn't go my way.
