No idea what he sees that no one else sees, Napoli haven't travelled well at all this year, and have struggled alot in the league, one win in the last six, while Wolfsburg is the exact opposite. In terms of material avaliable Wolfsburg have the better attack and better midfield, and with Naldo and Rodriguez the better backline aswell.

Only thing i can see is that he sees a draw here, and that's why he's taken the plusside of the ah.

I think it'll be 2-1 or 3-1 on the side of Wolfsburg.
