When you get your temp card from the store, go and register it online with that card issuer, with your real name and address - that triggers the normal (non-temporary) card getting send out to you.
The reason why you cannot use your temp card with a sportsbook is because it has no name nor address hooked up to that account yet, so they can't really run their validation checks to make sure it's not a fraudulent transaction.Comment -
