He is just the new Erik Spoelstra or Scott Brooks. Just another guy that cannot coach and that cannot manage players. The only reason these guys are in these positions is that they ARE pushovers and their 'superstars' need to run the show.

Spoelstra couldn't even figure out how to get his team to take advantage of a 2 for 1 (and I am not talking about fast food here). He put LeBron in isolation constantly, he couldn't use a defensive scheme. That team won on sheer talent and will alone.
