Wind is not an issue. Those wind speeds you see posted are wind gusts. A QB can time the ball snap when there are no wind gusts.

Besides, wind affects the kicking game majorly. Longer, shorter, sideways, it'll all add up. Seems like every swinging dick on the tube and in the media love the Steelers.
