                  Move from -7 to -4 is pretty significant.

                  No reason for Duke to be anything less than -7 here.

                  Weird movement on the Devils every week, yet they're 6-2 ATS.

                                              virginia tech is capable of winning this game. Coming off the bye they have had time to prepare, that could help some. Definitely a strange line though just like the other duke games with pitt-3, cuse +3.5, etc. They seem like gimme lines each week.
