Question With BTP Badges - Why Do Some Posters Have Duplicates?

Like for instance... one poster had 3 same WEEK 9 Badges but the PTS were all different. And one poster had 2 WEEK 8 Badges and different PTS?? How can you earn more badges during the same week? Or is it an error?

It was after the non pros got booted after week 9 they were just duplicated
