So, if Lucas Oil is worth 3.5 points, are the Colts 1 point better than NE on a neutral field?

Patriots secondary is good, are they good enough to stop Chuck and Luck?
Colts seconday is not that good.

The line should be Indy -4/4.5 I believe they opened -2.5 because the sharps will come in and take the Pats. I lean to NE also, besides Bear likes the Colts and gave his analysis which makes me like NE even more after reading it.

Brady getting points is always a good bet in my opinion but in a way I see this as a red flag. Any time I see a line I don't understand, I'll read up on it till something convinces me it's right. Otherwise I'm staying away from this one.

yeah this is basically my angle too. Really wish ne wasn't off a bye as well but whatever . I like colts here. This isn't an Xs and Os play where colts have all kinds of mismatches. Just kinda like em in this spot.

yeah on paper the Patriots obviously have the better secondary and pass rush but Luck is pretty special at home.

This might be the last time the Patriots lose all season.

Brady has a 106.42 passer rating all time in domes, Pats +points 2-0 this year. Personally, and I am biased, you are crazy to not bet the pats at +3 or above. I am a huge Colts fan, been cashing tickets on them since last year but Brady and Bill +points is basically the unicorn of the NFL and should be bet every time it is available, especially if you get a key number like 3/3.5

I live in Indy and the Colts D is completely different at home with the crowd noise. Both teams have good corners and I'm sure Belechik will make sure NE has help over the top to contain TY Hilton. On the other side NE doesn't have alot of deep speed so you might see both teams with long time consuming drives. The Colts get LeRon Landry back so maybe he could body slam Gronk with those guns? It should be a great game but I don't see it as a great betting game. Even if NE jumps on top its not like Luck hasn't made comebacks before. Prob the best 2 kickers in the NFL as well

Agree Colts D much better at home and Pats could struggle in protection here. That being said I am in for plus money, Pats are playing well and coming off a bye. Patriots ML +135.

Pats by 10. Turnovers will be the diff here Colts secondary can't stop the TE or slot and can't get pressure without blitzing. Luck is great but liable for a pick or two vs Pats opportunistic defense and you're getting a fg now.

pats 0-5-1 last 6 years after bye week. does it mean that they are due or is this a trend that will continue. pats get caught napping in this one. give... over/under way too high. tread carefully on that. do not tease that total down to 51.5. game will progress with a unusual lack of scoring. field goal city. brady took long vacation with that shrew (but hot) wife of his down in some south america beach resort. he didn't want to go but she insisted. she runs the show in that family. bill will say in his post game press conference we were outplayed on offense, defense, special teams and coaching, which of course he says after every loss. that record after the bye week is against the spread, which is all that really matters.
