#40The Seahawks lead the NFL with a per-carry average of 5.5 yards.
They also share the league lead by allowing an average of 3.2 yards per rush.
That differential of 2.3 yards, according to FootballPerspective.com, not only leads the league, it’s the second-biggest gap in NFL history behind the – wait for it... – 1939 Chicago Bears.Comment -

A lot of people aren't discussing the Seahawks injury situation. Max Unger, our all-pro center and best offensive linemen finally returned last week. Totally different run game with him back.
All-pro Kam Chancellor and Super Bowl MVP Malcolm Smith both returned to practice this weekComment -

#46Guys always think Kc is so hard to get a win at. The fact is yes it's a slightly above average environment for home team. But since 09 the Queefs are below average going just 20-25 at Arrowhead with alot of home beatdowns giving to them by the visitor thrown in the mix.

#49Never said they did and I not a tool I use to cap or pick a gm. Just blowing up this notion that everyone has of Arrowhead being such a tough place to win at. One recent trend I do kind of like is past 4 weeks KC has beaten up on some pretty bad teams and now definitely step up in weight class here. And Hags strength the run gm is a good angle because run D is KC weakness more on that side. Idk kinda tough not a believer in Hags on road but like Wilson enough and think we are getting pretty good value here. Probably go Hags or nothing but definitely have them in a tease or two. #52Some stats mean nothing especially yardage. Better gauge is yards per point. Seattle is a 14.5 which is average. KC is 19.1 one of the highest in the league with Arizona. Some teams give up yards but clamp down in the red zone and hold the opposition to field goals instead of TD's while others may not give up much yardage but don't hold the opposition down in the red zone. Same thing with offense, some teams have great yardage stats and move the ball but are not successful putting the ball in the end zone...like the J-E-T-S. So quit with your Seattle stats.......BUT I LOVE SEATTLE HERE, may be a top play for me.Originally posted by PAYTON20The Seahawks lead the NFL with a per-carry average of 5.5 yards.

#68Can you guys read. I am talking opening line. could care less about line movements. I try to figure out from opening line which line seems shaky. Great example is pitt-ny jets line last week. I remember my first bet in 1970 lost my lunch money on balt. colts-cincy bengals playoff game. Pretty good but don't have money management skills.Comment -

#69That's why people lose. You need to know and have an idea what is going on. Sometimes lines move from a lot of public action and sometimes the sharp action. Books rather be on the side of the Sharp guys. Interesting game. There are a few each week like this in college and pros. KC at home should be at least 5-6 point favorites. Should of at least been -3. Seattle opened -1. Very interesting. I think they didn't want the Sharps to come and take Seattle plus 3. Same as Indy/NE and same as Fla.St/Mia game. All lines opened up lower then they should have and are very live dogs. Joe public looks at these lines and thinks easy winner with the favorite. Maybe or most likely NOT.Originally posted by HouseLine movements lie ......

I think Seattle is the play and gladly take +3 by kick off and will be on all three dogs. Fla state going down. Indy is tough call at home but siding with NE.Comment -

#70why does everybody at SBR insist on putting so much weight on line movement instead of looking at matchups, injuries , and X + O's?
This line is right where it should be.
Seattle is the better team but Kansas City is finally healthy and they are always tough at home.
There are much easier Wins out there for the taking such as Carolina, Arizona, and Indy.Comment
