Interesting observation to which I may have a solution that will satisy rocket both physically and financially. Rocket can focus on handicapping 0% of his time, and stalk me 100% of the time here by just tailing my plays.

I place about 95% of my bets with my local....
but when I do play offshore, they grade my 1st period bets and first half bets immediately.

Why would you deal with an offshore that doesn't grade upon determination if your wager has won or lost ?

Where does it say that they don't do that?

Also I have ample enough in my accounts so I could care less if they grade it 5 days from now if need be. For people like u that need a bet graded in order to place another ( u know broke chumps) I guess that's a concern
