SBR ODDS question????

Ok so I've been looking over the odds, particularly the NFL lines and have a serious question here..
Need some help..

Where does SBR get the "OPENER" lines from?
Are these the opening, Vegas lines, Offshore..?? If Vegas,,..CG Tech?? who?? If offshore.,.who's opening lines are these,. Someone please explain..
