After this past weekend i think its pretty obvious there are no traps or fixed games.

Last night 80% of public was on the road favorite Colts and they still kicked the Giants ass in a nationaly telivised isolated game.

Actually there is some early money on Jets. There was sharp action on Jets last week. They also bet the a Raiders too against Seattle.
Usually when PItt and Balt play they beat each other up and there could be a little let down after Pitt beat Indy and Balt.. I agree the Jets suck but this is the NFL and they can keep it close. Mr. Scucci has mentioned on this program more than one time that when setting his line he is trying to make it low enough on the dog that the "sharps" won't slam it and high enough on the favorite so the public won't slam it.

Given that making the Jets a very low +4.5 dog Vegas (I think) is showing a concern about too much "sharp" money coming in on the Jets and is fighting it off with a low number. And would welcome all the public money they can get on Pittsburgh at -4.5. Me thinks Vegas likes the Jets. JMHO and nothing more.

Agree....line is correct. Joe public looks at this line and says, easy money...just like that Denver game where the money was 8-1 in favor for Denver . Denver was flat as hell and the Jets had shots to win but gave up an interception for TD on last play for a lucky Denver cover.
Personally I stay away unless a lot of Pitt money comes in then you have some value with Jets but hard to bet them.
