Considering his history I wouldn't say this is an over reaction. The sad part is the bulls have been loyal to Rose almost to a fault and they have a good roster, if he can stay even somewhat healthy I'm thinking they can win it

Dafuq are you talking about? He completely dominate Kyrie in the 1st half. He was hurt 2nd so he couldn't drive and couldn't lift jumpers. He was not becoming inefficient, he's looked very good. I think he'll miss 1 game and then be fine. Turned an ankle. It happens. What's with all the drama queens here.

And as for your points to shots number (for whatever that's worth) he's got 33 points on 23 shots. And that's after he was 1 for 4 after getting hurt. So he was 31 on 19 shots before that. Where do you even come up with this stuff?

After all the drama, Rose will play tonight. Maybe wearing an ankle brace, so let's see how he looks. Buter remains out. And Taj Gibson who came back in with an ankle last night is now out tonight. That'll test Bulls frontcourt on a B2B with Noah's minutes. Figure to see a lot of Mirotic tonight.

Who's the guard? Jimmy Butler is markedly improved. He is absolutely legit. They just gotta get everyone healthy at once. Butler missed the foist two. Now Rose out. Gibson also out. Noah's got knee issues. If this team can ever get 100% healthy they will be the team to beat.

He came down on a foot. He jumps extremely high. I think that's part of it. Long way down.

They want to put Butler through his paces and he's earned it. Bulls likely made a big mistake by letting Jimmy hit RFA. That could get very expensive. Butler completely owned Wiggins tonight. Of course, he's a rookie, but Jimmy's game has really improved. He still is not a great distance shooter, but he is an elite defender and runs the floor well. He can put the ball on the ground, gets to the line (and shoots FT's well) and he's tough. He's become a savvy veteran. If you don't rely on him to be a first option, he'll give you a lot. Durability is a concern though. He has logged a lot of minutes.

They could'a used Butler for the fourth. Or at least even a few minutes in the fourth. James really sat much of this game out and then applied quality to a few moments, especially late.

Paxson made an executive decision days ago not to play him at all vs Cleveland and then have him go all out the very next day.
