NBA reg season win totals accumulators

Anyone know any books that do them?

I want a 6 team parlay/accum but no one seems to do them, the us facing books or euro books i can use..

Why so difficult to get a parlay/acc on this markets is beyond me.

I have never seen accumulators as far as future bets anywhere

You can bet anything you want on 5dimes if you mention the word parlay. Just call and ask.
