Anybody have trouble printing odds page? Only prints first and last pages.

    Anybody have trouble printing odds page? Only prints first and last pages.
    On a long webpage such as CBB or CFB, it only prints first and last page.
    All my settings seem correct.
    Is there a printer version?
    Appreciate any advice.
