Mike Smith is the worst coach in the NFL. not just because of this game, but because he has a top 5 offense in terms of talent. he plays Steven Jackson all game (the 4th best RB on the team), Desmond Trufant on defense (always in WR highlite reels), and if you watched hardknocks, this guy cant communicate well with his players, they dont respect him, and honestly, Smith doesnt know shit about today's NFL. What a joker.

Only a 10 second run-off if clock was live (keep teams from committing penalties on purpose to stop the clock); not so for dead ball fouls.

Probably average guy has no idea but that catch in the middle of the field on a fingertip with the game on the line pretty boss imho. Golden Tater had a nice grab just before as well but big props to ole Theo.

Stupidity rules the NFL. This game had it all, bad coaching, bad qb-ing, stupid penalties etc. Atl sucks out loud, an absolute gift wrap job handed to Detroit. I really don't know why I watch football every Sunday = Theatre of the Absurd.

Atl puts a linebacker on Tate on that play. The ONLY thing they needed to make damn sure of was to have Tate doubled. Falcons got what they deserved in the end. Yes, Riddick catch just incredible.

10 second runoffs occur only if the game clock is running. The game clock was stopped because of the spike on the previous play (plus I don't think delay of game is a 10 second runoff anyways)
