Did the Line Makers Get the Cardinals vs. Eagles Line Wrong?

I realize the line for this game opened around (-3) and is now only at (-1) in favor of Arizona. I don't know....I thought the Cowboys were supposed to be the cream of the crop of this NFC east. If that the case Philly is due for 4 more losses somewhere.

I think at Arizona this will be the case. Cardinals front 4 has not brought pressure on the QB as was hoped so far this season but I think that changes today. The secondary and line backers for Arizona are top notch and they force turn overs at home. Those same Arizona defensive LBs are quick and athletic enough to stay with Sproles or Shady.

If Arizona wants to be seen as the true king of the NFC over the Niners, Seahawks and Cowboys....this has to be their statement game. Eagles are just not a 6-1 caliber team.

Going with Cardinals (-1) or (-1.5) here.


Also liking Jags +6.5 with Devin Gardner making some big running plays at home and Bears +5 vs the Patriots. Mettenberger making his debut for Tennesee at home against a stout Texans defense. But he is supposed to be the real deal. Maybe a taste on Titans (+3).

How can it not be a shoot out in the Packers vs. Saints game? Saints defense is a straight joke. Gotta bet the OVER on that one also.

I didn't end up betting the titans game. I saw Mettenberger on Youtube and just wasn't convinced he is as good as David Carr. I really sh*t the bed with the Bears though. Cutler is a weird mofo....rocket arm but just doesn't fit that offensive system of Tresman's.
