Big drop off here for SF from last night's ace, Baumgarten, whom the Royals had never seen. Peavy started 20 games for the Red Sox this season and won a whopping total of 1. He pitched just good enough to lose almost every game. His stuff, what's left of it, is made for the NL where the strike zone is lower and pitchers don't have to face DH's. When he's forced to get his pitches up he gets tagged. Take the Royals to even this series.

#6Jake found his groove when he got traded back to the NL where he can throw 79 mph sinkers at Yasiel Puig's ankles. AL ballpark tonight. He will revert back to his 1 outta 20 AL form.Comment -

There is actually a lot of truth to what you just said. (Except for the 79 mph sinker part) Those are really 86-90mph.
But I do think if you pitch in the NL West on a team not named the Colorado Rockies you should have an * next to your stats....
isnt it it funny that even a washed up pitcher like Tim Lincecum can throw a no hitter against the lowly San Diego Padres but he can't even make his teams post season roster? LOL but really the Padres team should be demoted down to triple A. The Padres #3 hitter Seth Smith wasn't even a starter last year for Oakland although I do like him.Comment -
