510 TD passes=3060 pts scored=1 superbowl. horrific post season record should keep him out of canton, but it won't. no, i don't like him, sick to death of that "omaha" crap.

Only guy in the NFl right now that has a chance to break it is Andrew Luck.

Andrew Luck ends his career with most passing TDs of all time : +1800

That record is right up their with Jerry Rice TD's, probably will never be broken. The reason why is, you going to need an elite QB who rarely gets injures combined with great receivers for the rest of their career. Manning has one clear distinction with the rest of the NFL great and he's clearly the greatest regular season QB ever. As for the post season you arguably make a case between Joe Montana, John Elway, Brady, Bradshaw and heck even Troy Aikman. If Manning gets another ring then he surpasses all them.

Do you know who has pretty much the same QB rating as Peyton Manning (lifetime?)

                    Tony Romo
