Edit by SBR Admin: Pinnacle rolled out new PW requirements for their account-holders, which the OP has seemingly stumbled with. Customer service will walk him through the reset process. It is a standard security upgrade.
My pinnacle account was locked, as have others who have won money recently. I believe it has something to do with the new laws going into effect. I am Canadian, and didn't believe the warnings, now I can't log in, and they don't return my emails. I try to change my password, new password doesn't work, I try to retrieve my account info, says error. I think we all noticed how the CS and tech at pinny was going downhill this past year, seems the bust will be upon us soon. Take your money out, don't be like me and ignore the warnings.
