I'm sure he was chirping and making negative remarks maybe about coaching so they got rid of him

For a team trying to get back to back SuperBowls, that's strange. Drug problem or there's a video of him doing something somewhere are my top reasons...

Too bad jets QB sucks if they could have won last night what a pickup this would have been. Horrible move for Seattle imo but there must have been a reason.

pretty sure from Seattle's end that they made the trade because the guy can't stay on the field and also to dump that contract..also guessing this move did not go over well in the Seahawk's locker room..

Wouldn't be surprised if he was such a pain in the ass that Seattle said let's just get rid of him.

Seattle is done now. 0% chance of repeating. 0% chance of beating the 49ers in the playoffs.

@BrockESPN: About that Percy Harvin risk...Know for a fact that the WR room had issues, & must've reached a point that even Pete was unwilling to manage.

They had Golden Tate last year. Plus when you win, you're a target. Teams play Seattle harder today then they did one year ago. Seattle's O line hasn't been as good as last year.
And don't forget the most important thing: San Francisco got way better.
We haven't even seen the best overall player on the 49ers play -- Navarro Boweman. A true monster. And Aldon Smith -- another monster. Those are two of the top 10 defensive players in all of football -- and they're coming back soon.
San Fran has Lloyd now (a deep threat), they have Stevie Johnson (a number 1 wr on the Bills for years, and he's San Fran's like number 4 wide out), and they have Bathea and Carlos Hyde.
The niners are gonna be stacked come playoff time.
It's gonna be San Fran that wins the NFC, and maybe Philly if they go on some kind of "destiny" run.

Yeah Im guessing Seattle was fed up with his attitude or what-not, and since he wasnt producing they dumped his salary. Either that or a suspected drug problem. Can't think it would be legal troubles because Jets would certainly check that.

Bunch of geniuses here. If you watched the game last night the Jets didn't have anyone to throw to. With Percy Harvin they are contenders now in that weak division.

Pretty sure Percy Harvin is still one of the most talented players in the entire NFL. Seattle is just a shit offense that doesn't know how to be innovative. They won on their run game and defense last year. With a target on their back now, and without any true playmakers except wilson and lynch, they will struggle. Watch.
