Is it illegal to watch an NFL practice for outside the fence?

I'm very confused I pass the New York Giant training facility a few days a week there isn't a soul watching them and I can go right up to the fence and watch but I'm afraid to.


They put something over the fence but you can still see through very clearly but I have never seen a soul watching

It's in wide open area to I just don't get it

I just passed them a half hour ago and they were all out there doing drills and running plays

i dont know if its legal or not that is a good question.

Most of the time there a bushes planted or a fence that you cant see through.

IMO they should have bleachers set up for the fans to watch.
