I have a hard time ever betting the Oilers, especially when they're missing Nugent-Hopkins.

I did however take the over; it's nice to benefit from teams predictably sucking.

Who is a really good defensive team in the NHL minus the goalie? Serious question, like what coach is known for good defense or stresses that etc? This will probably sound mega greenhorn but I figured the typical setup is get a pure goal scorer with a guy that can get him the puck and just have a good goalie. I never played this as a kid so I'm unfamiliar with the strategies. Blades of Steel for the NES is my extent of knowledge.

At a glance I see he played or factored in the decision in only 12 games as a King and as an Oiler last year 20 games. Almost double the playing time in Edmonton than in LA, I'm sure due to Johnnie Quick. Basically I'm not seeing it is what I'm saying. I see his 3 GAA compared to 2 GAA as a King but again he played less....almost 300 minutes less. How does this prove LA is a superior defense team? He was starting when Quick got hurt. They rested him one game started a rookie. Kid won 7 in a row Scrivens was traded
