my favorite line is the Kelly Blue Book line. First off, I have a KBB app on my phone so when people try to use that line, I go on my app with them and see what they say. The best part is when i prove them wrong and they say well it was different on my computer. Sir, do you really think my IPhone app is going to lie but your computer is correct. Everything you can do on your computer I can do right here.
OK, let's just say my app is wrong. Can KBB write you a check for that dollar amount you are looking to get on your trade in? I'll make you a deal, get a check for the difference b/t what I gave you and what KBB gives you and I will personally match the check they give you. Customers don't like that line.
