i had a really bad gambling week and Sunday put me at a really low point.

i was doing some self reflection and realized that i need to make a change. I was just very dissapointed in myself for the decisions i was making and it was sorta an epiphany of a bunch of shit i need to change.

Then i finally came to the conclusion i dont need to quit posting here but i do need to post much less.

Smokie i am going to try to keep my posting from now on about my picks and i'm not going to get into a bunch of these other side bar conversations that are unhealthy and unproductive for me.

basically i just needed a couple days break from gambling/posting and now i gotta get back on the horse but this time i will learn from my mistakes and keep things in perspective and try to be more positive.

I would say if any of this is true he asked to be deleted because he can't control himself and is asking to be deleted so he couldn't come back.
