Reasons:
1) I get the tie.
If the game is 0-0 or 1-1 after five, I win, and I'm getting + money to boot.
And I really think it's going to be tied after five.
2) No bullpens to screw you.
3) I think Wainwright will match Kershaw pitch for pitch.
Wain-o did regain his form his last few starts.
His last four starts were stellar. (well rock solid)
4) Kershaw is not a really good post season pitcher.
I love the guy more than the next guy, but he's not.
5) Cardinals have hit Kershaw a little in the past.
I wouldn't say ownage, but Carpenter, Molina, and Holliday have hit him.
Side note, Kershaw hates pitching to Holliday, walked him 10 times in 35 AB's (45 PA's)
6) Look at what some of the big boy Dodger bats have done against Wainwright in tghe past.
Han-Ram? 5 for 24 .208
A-Gon? 4 for 19 .211
Matt Kemp? 3 for 23 .130 Please a buck freaking thirty.
