Its a mismatch in every element of the game. Nats are sound and id be surprised if they aren't in the World Series.

Dominant starters, better pen, great lead off hitter and speed at the top. Good power and great contact guys. Good manager. To the moon...

Na I mean it. SF is capable to be sure and are free rolling in the sense that they are just happy to be alive and are under no pressure. Nats are a powerhouse. I went to DC last month to see the Giants play there. Nats have a great fan base too.

SF has proven that they know how to win in the playoffs; Giants in five.

I agree with most of this. I do think SF has more true pro's though when it comes to a playoff game and they have the advantage in managers which is no small thing. Who are the dominant starters though for Nats? They do have good starting pitching but SF can hit them. Outside of playing devils advocate here i do agree that Nats have the most solid team in the playoffs but I can see Giants taking this series. Probably worst matchup the Nats could get imo.

Peavey. has been tough lately, down the home stretch, but he is prone to blow up . Hudson is just getting older by the minute. Strasburg, meh, has his moments, a big strong young fella always on a pitch count. He had trouble with the Marlins EARLIER this year. Zim, was that a no hitter??? I have to lean wash. in this short series. I know SF has won 2 in the last 2 even numbered years, with pretty much the same guys. So are they getting younger. Just my opinion. BOL.

I don't like Tim Hudson one bit but he's beat the Nats in Wash this year, even though it was against Doug Fister its something to consider.
