Id definitely sue, coach was way out of line. Not his job to do what he did, at most he could have just held onto the guy or something, not brutally slam down then handle him the way he did.

I don't think he'd have a case. There's usually disclaimers on your ticket stub saying you agree not to do things like streak, throw things on the field etc, and you waive all liability if you do.

Majority of disclaimers aren't worth the paper they are printed on. i.e., in most hockey arenas and baseball fields there are signs everywhere and it's stated on the tickets that fans are supposed to pay attention to the action to avoid injury. There are still lawsuits from pucks flying out and hitting/killing people, same with baseball. Also, there have been cases against restaurants where theft or damage to personal property where people are told the establishment is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
