Is it just me... Or are sports boring to watch until you bet on one.

My whole life I've found sports to be incredibly boring. Until recently a friend dragged me into betting on games I found watching even the Superbowl felt like a bit of a waste of time.

When I introduce betting, the game comes alive and I can't keep myself away from looking at the score board.

This could be just me, or do others feel this way too?

What makes it boring is the constant TV stoppages. It's more fun TIVOing the game and skip through commercials and huddle time. You can watch a football game in 30 minutes if you skip through the garbage.

for me as a kid i loved sports but now with espn turning into TMZ and the lack of loyalty teams and players show toward each other has really turned me off.

That being said if i'm drinking and or betting on games i still like sports, but the whole key is havig a dog in the fight.

i used to be a san francisco giants fan hardcore i was such a big fan i could honestly watch 2 Giants games a day and not be bored at all....

but seeing how they treated Barry Bonds and how they tried to distance themselves from him when the steroid allegations came about really made me hate the Giants and hate MLB for several years.

i mean the Giants would still be playing at Candlestick if it wasnt for Barry Bonds and its so disrespectful and classless for the Giants to take down his banners in left field etc....He built that ballpark!!!!
