go for it MattE……..see how well it works out. basically their S1 is set up to something like you'll also be fiscally responsible for the profits and losses of the company. so if they go bankrupt so do you. OH and there are no guarantee for dividends….

yes zacher i read all fine print on their site. you're not telling me anything i didn't already know. im not putting any money into the site, just like the concept. its very creative.
