Been a disaster the past few years. Glad to see the next chapter begin...his formula has buried the organization for too many winnable seasons!

Aside from Freeman and Simmons the offense has been miserable. Gattis is great but injury prone and losing hitters like B-Mac and others and defending keeping the Upton brothers is horrendous. The organization has the talent...even at the double A level in Miss where most of the 'stars' have developed and been brought up over the years but the way Wren allocated money and contracts to position players and freeing up money instead of keeping the solid experience has been the nail in the coffin why we can't ever make it through the playoffs...and have just fallen off a cliff in the wildcard race in the last weeks of this season.Comment -
