• Sign into YouTube.
• Click the Upload button at the top of the page.
• Select the video you'd like to upload from your computer.
• Make any changes you want to the video settings and information, then click Publish to finish uploading it on YouTube.

I'm assuming you just want to upload a photo so it shows up in your avatar when you post in Players Talk and everywhere else on this site.

At the top of the page, on the right hand side, click on Your Avatar icon where it says Log Out and Live Help.
On the next page you'd see a few options to upload an image.
Select an image you want for your avatar and then click Save Changes when you're done.
