No matter what happens how is this logic not flawed. USF had Michigan St. on the dais last year and lost to McNeese St. 53-22 at home last year, had Miami after Florida Atlantic and lost at home to Florida Atlantic 28-10. Perhaps your argument is USF beat UCONN last year before playing Louisville, not buying it. If anything teams look ahead to bigger games and arnt as focused on the current game, although USF doesnt have that luxury since they suck. IF USF wins I dont Wisky has anything to do with it. I agree, looking at it further, its really a game I usually stay away from, some may look at them only losing to Maryland by 7, but I look at that Maryland had 6 TO's to USF's 1, so USF had at least 5 more chances than Maryland and still lost by a td and outgained in yardage.
