Difficult to pinpoint one thing. I'm an emotional wreck and an avoidant. I'm terrible at getting what I need or want, so it's easy to hate myself.

Can she cook, clean, take a load in her jaw etc. Were engaged and get along very well.

And she knows I gamble. Doesn't seem to bother her. A little nosy sometimes but leaves me be.

Gotcha....Well the thing is alot of your posts crack me up and I'm sure many others as well.....even if self-deprecating humor, you still have to be somewhat witty and have something inside there to come up with them.....Also you seem pretty chill/cool and aren't an asshole/jerkoff so you're already ahead of most Americans in that capacity.

Everyone has their shortcomings....Even filthy rich celebrities who have it all

You're just your own worst enemy and take your own shortcomings much harder than others do for whatever reason. You probably think about these issues constantly and it makes it all even worse creating a viscous cycle, so they seem worse than they should be....Your problems are no worse than others', but it's how you deal with them

The best mindset to try to fix this is to just don't give a fukk, especially when going out in public....Just remember that everyone has their own issues and no one is out to get you or mock and beat you down out there.

I would say go see a therapist and take it from there....It's a pretty normal thing to do, so don't feel weird about it.....They wouldn't exist if people didn't use them frequently
