This isn't true. The man is a great GM. Given what he has for a payroll he does an outstanding job. Now, I do think he made mistakes going for it this year given the batting potential.

I have the under 88.5 pending. So there is no doubt in my mind the A's win 89 to spite me. It will just cost me a grand. I had the tigers last year under 92.5 and they won 93 to cost me a grand so I have seen this story before and know how it ends.
