I did a dine and dash in 1984 in Philly and a Puerto Rican waiter chased me in a pretty intense footchase over lots of blocks until by some divine intervention I made it into 30th Street Station (it was only my second day in Philly i was a transient, knew nothing about Philly. The Amtrak to somewhere in NJ....Trenton, Newark or both maybe....literally just pulling out and the timing was unbelievable. I couldn't even believe it was happening as it was going on cuz the Puerto Rican guy was completely not giving up the chase. The train was literally just pulling out so I jumped catching the ladder on the side rear of the engine car and it rolled me over the state line into Jersey clinging to the ladder on the side of the Amtrak. No bullsh*t.

The 80's were cool. Totally unlike today. Guy could get shot for doing something like that today.

Vegas eats up and spits out ton's of people every day. You have lots of company. It is a tough town when you lose. I lived there for years.
