Unless it's a really insignificant amount, you always want to hedge in this particular scenario, to lock some of your winnings.
But don't do a 50/50 split...I personally like Nishi a lot more than Cilic in this matchup and if I was you, I'd only hedge 1/3 of my potential winnings on Cilic.

I would personally just wait it out if you have live betting available. Usually in 5 setters, winning the first set will not affect the line drastically unless someone gets smashed 6-1 or 6-0. So if Nish loses the first set, you can make a hedge if you feel like Cilic is going to win and still get pretty good odds.
