First game that came to my mind. One of my players had a decent size bet on the under, texted me saying he can't do it anymore and was done betting baseball for the year, lol

Within the last month the worst Under beat was M's - BoSox (U 7.5)
1 out to go, 1 on base, and Seattle scores 5 in 9th to win 5-3

Two months ago had the giants rl when hudson was actually pitching well he was facing the rockies up 3-1 with two outs and two strikes in the ninth and then the guy hits a solo shot to make it 3-2 a 1000 dollars down the drain.

I would put this one ahead of that one.

Jayson Werth dropped a routine fly ball with two outs in the 9th. When that ball was in the air, the odds of the game going over were less than .001%.

This was definitely the worst beat for 2013.

Or at least it's in the conversation.

You still believed the match to be done once Aubrey would return but Kum from China refused to continue claiming that shitting your pants infront of someone in China is seen as the lowest form of disrespect in their culture. The Chinese judges ruled in Kum's favor and Aubrey was suspended and handed the loss. You told me you didnt sleep for days after that. Was this worse??
I've asked you on multiple occasions to never bring this up again.

Although it's been 22 years, the pain is still very real.

Bad beats are part of gambling men

Why do you even talk about it??

They happen every day and all different scenarios

factor it in..we never hear of all the lucky wins you had

Men they all even off long term

If it's a single bet...not parlayed with a couple other bets that win...and you don't go huge on it, I think we can deal with a bad beat once a week or so.
But when they come in bunches...like 2 or 3 in a day (not really bad beats, but still bad), or 4-5 in a week, that's very frustrating...and I think we've all been there.
1 bad beat is easy to shake off.
