Penn State all day on this one. It will be a low scorer as i can see. Both teams have defenses that can protect the house. But my X Factor in this game is Hackenburg. The guy can put together a drive in the 4th, which i see this game coming to.

Keep flip flopping on this one.....Really liked UCF but Bortles was so huge for them last year though they return a good defense and all their receivers.. think I am leaning Penn State now though..Hackenburg improved a lot towards the end of last year
