Betonline cant login

every time i try to login to my account, it is forcing me to validate my account. i am unable to login because i keep getting the same result and it is making me run around in the same cirlce. live chat not much of a help other than telling me to try another browser. tried 3 browsers on desktop and 2 on phone to no avail. anyone else?

tried both and CS told me in a condescending way that i am doing it wrong when i tried it every different way possible

No problems here. I've had weird things like that happen to me at sportsbooks before. I just logged in using this http://www.betonline.ag/MyAccount and it worked fine.

now a cursor shows up every time i try to bet lol, on all the betting options on the bet slip. tried 2 different computers with different browsers with the .AG site and nada. customer service told me to call in but I'm not interested as I have a dinner in an hour, whatever
