I've been on Ole Miss -9 for a month or so. Some sort of busted coverage in the secondary or a special teams play might keep Boise within 14 but other than that, can't see how they hang with the Rebels here.

Ole Miss D is going to be stout and not enough skill players on Boise to stop Bo Wallace's zone read runs plus stop Treadwell and company.

and last season, playing those younger guys...they pretty much gave away the games to A&M and LSU...definitely the OT loss to a quality Miss St team...hung in with the eventual SEC champs Auburn losing by one score....this team isn't soft. They get looked over playing on the same side of the SEC as LSU, Bama and Auburn...but a good solid team.

Ole Miss has the biggest offensive line in the SEC and Boise barely avg 270 or so on the defensive line but does have two really fast D ends. The problem is Ole Miss is loaded at RB and with their up tempo O they may wear down a less talented and depth defense.

Ole miss has 4 first rounders on D and will be solid. Their D line may be the best in the SEC.

Last year Boise lost the one thing that really kept them competitive against teams with better talent: speed. They're going downhill fast. Nobody has been able to give me a solid reason to bet Boise, and after 27 posts, we still have no reasons.
