man never bet on both sides unless 1 is ML and one is ATS so that you can potentially profit both ways.

3 team parlay is 12.5% chance of winning because you have 50% chance to win your first game, 25% chance to win your first and second game "2 team parlay" and 12.5% chance to win all three games "3 team parlay".

Your asking to split the 3rd game into two outcomes, 12.5% + 12.5% is 25% chance.
Your two 3 team parlay is equal to one 2 team parlay. 25% chance.
