Is there any reason not to treat bonus or freeplay $ the same as reg bankroll $?

You don't get it refunded if a game is postponed/cancelled.

You lose money laying -110 as you do not receive you initial stake back.

I have always used freeplays playing higher dogs or if book allows 3 team parlays locking in a percentage
