phil steele is getting worse every year and price going up too its become too much him talking about his correct picks from the last 10 years, hes always done that now its just too much

used to be great, still a must buy cause the rest are just plain awful

i dont know about lawrence, lindys and athlon are useless, sporting news i dont even see on the shelf anymore used to be great

I enjoy bieng able to flip through them. Check out returning starters defensive rankings how they perform ATS coaching changes all that good stuff. I know its all available online which I also read but I prefer to look through it while the old lady watches CSI or whatever other BS is on. I think they are a huge help to week 1 and 2 matchups. After that its just soaking in all the games I can watch. They always get me off to a good start though.

Steele is good, but he has so much Bull S**t in his mags that no one buys them. Out here, all of the stores and Magazine racks have Athlon, Lindy's, Sporting News, and Lawrence, but no one handles Steele any more. They are over priced and just do not sell. You can get most of the important stuff he has to offer off of his site. Steele had to raise his prices. Ever wonder why? How come no one else has had to raise their price? Think it out people, and please do NOT tell me it is because he added about 1000 totally unnecessary words to his rag.
